Rope Totes - Handmade from Retired Climbing Ropes and Deadstock Canvas
These stylish totes are handmade with retired climbing ropes from across the world, each one has been loved and treasured until finally being repurposed into practical & sustainable tote bags.
Our climbing rope tote bags are comfortable and spacious, we personally take them to the climbing gym and comfortably fit a harness, climbing shoes, bottle, chalk bag, and a snack!
We use deadstock canvas for the body of the bag which makes it sturdy and hard wearing, there's nothing worse than a floppy tote!
For the handles we have introduced a splash of colour with our repurposed climbing ropes, adding a striking feature to each and every tote bag.

One of a kind!
Due to the nature of using repurposed and recycled materials we often produce single items or small batches that are unlikely to ever be created again. Once we run out of the retired rope we use to craft your item we wont have that design back unless we recieve the same rope as a donation - we NEVER buy ropes new.
This process also helps reduce waste and stops excess materials going to landfill.
Rope Variations
Our stock of ropes is changing all of the time - this means you will receive a tote bag with rope handles in the colour category that you pick, but it may not be the exact same rope displayed in the listing pictures.
If you would like SPECIFIC colours / designs of rope please contact us before hand to discuss!
Additionally, in using retired equipment many of our ropes may have small imperfections such as marks on the surface. We do our best to use the best looking parts of the rope on the surface and to hide any imperfections, however, you may find small imperfections on your item. This will not affect the quality of the item!
